Kayak, Yoga and Wellness

Barossa, South Australia

The team at Barossa Outdoors have carefully curated this nature-filled day to help you experience the Barossa like never before.

Start the morning with a guided kayak tour with Matt from Barossa Outdoors. There’s no tidal current and the winds are usually calm on the enclosed and sheltered reservoir. Your kayaks will be set up on the shoreline ready to go. Matt provides a short safety and paddle skills session then just jump in your kayak and set sail for your peaceful adventure. You’ll be shown the secret spots around the reservoir, spotting the local flora and fauna.

After your time on the kayak, soak up the serenity of the nearby forests of Mount Crawford with a blissful and energising yoga session immersed in nature with peaceful views of the water.

Then it’s time for a sensory experience with ‘Kalming Kaos’ where you will learn about the therapeutic uses of essential oils and the benefits of low-tox living. You can even make your own essential oil roller to take home.

This experience is held once per month from November to May.
