Barossa

South Australia

Although the Barossa is famous for its world-class wineries and some of the best dining experiences in the country, it’s also a beautiful region filled with lush gardens, national parks, walking, biking and hiking trails as well as wildlife sanctuaries.

The Barossa is less than an hour north east of Adelaide in South Australia, so it’s a great place for a day trip or a longer stay. We love that you can head to the weekly farmers markets to collect fresh produce and meet the locals; connect with nature on a bushwalk or a forest bathing session; or roll out your yoga mat to find your flow amongst the vines.

The diverse community also has a love of fine music, visual arts, writing, performing arts and artisan makers, so there are a range of wonderful galleries and museums to explore plus creative workshops to immerse yourself in.

We think the Barossa is the perfect place to nourish yourself inside and out.
