Well Traveller returns & exchanges

We are happy to refund or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us at hello@welltraveller.com.au with your Order Number and reason for return or exchange. We will reply within 48 hours to assist you in your request based on your order item(s) and our brand partners’ individual policies.

To facilitate your request, please ensure the following:

– Product is in original condition and in/with original packaging
– Request is made within 30 days of purchase, not receipt

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your return or exchange.

We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and do not accept any liability for delayed delivery or loss caused by a third party.

Once we have received and reviewed the item(s), meeting the above conditions, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Packing errors or damaged orders:

If there’s been an error or damage, please take a photo to include in your message and email us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you and our brand partners to resolve and replace the item(s).
