The beautiful Eyre Peninsula, in South Australia, has an abundance of spectacular untouched natural landscapes, close connections to native Australian wildlife, and opportunities to feast on the freshest seafood and local produce. It provides the perfect setting for this two-day Health and Wellness Weekender.

This small group experience was designed to empower and inspire you to live well both inside and out. Hosted by Sarah Hayes, it offers yoga and mindfulness practice, earth walks, breath workshops, yarning and learning with a First Nations Healer, plus sustainable active conservation, amazing wildlife and nourishing meals using local produce.

There is also time to add in a relaxing massage or treatment at a local day spa; or, for something a little more daring, a swim with Australian Sea Lions.

Accommodation is not included, but the team can help you arrange your stay and there are plenty of local options.

This wellness weekender will soothe your soul, refresh your body and nourish your senses.

  • They are contributing to Citizen Science Projects and iNaturalist through recognition and documentation of native wildlife.

Getting there

Port Lincoln is a 7 hour drive or 35 minute flight from Adelaide.
The Weekender departs at 8.30am from The Port Lincoln Hotel located at 1 Lincoln Highway, Port Lincoln, South Australia.
