  • Pre-booking several days in advance is essential and subject to availability.
  • Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to start time.
  • Valid for a year from the date of purchase.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Bathing cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking arrival time will be provided a full refund.
    • Bathing cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking arrival time (including ‘no-shows’): 100% of the cost will be charged.
  • Credit Facility – Credit Terms – strictly 7 days after guests’ departure
  • Well Traveller Wellness Travel Essentials Pack is comprised of one of the five signature organic essential oil roll-ons and one Unplug Phone Pouch.
  • International customers will receive the Well Traveller Wellness Travel Essentials Pack at redemption of the experience.
  • Domestic customers will receive the Well Traveller Wellness Travel Essentials Pack at redemption, or it will be mailed to them.
