Mindful in Nature takes the practice of mindfulness meditation, as well as the therapeutic benefits of nature, to provide experiences for improved physical, mental and social wellbeing.
Founder and guide, Belinda, developed a passion for the natural environment as a teenager growing up in Western Australia’s South West. Years later, she discovered the benefits of meditation and now combines the two to provide immersive and powerful experiences in Perth and Margaret River in Western Australia.
Mindful in Nature offers forest therapy, nature journaling, retreats and meditation programs in unique environments such as Kings Park, Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park and Hillary’s Beach. These experiences can help to release stress and tension, find calm and clarity and help build resilience.
