Your walking wellness experience will start with an approximate 8km walk through the beautiful Barossa, along some of the best hiking trails in the area.
You will arrive at a gorgeous clearing and it’s time to roll out your mat and enjoy a gentle yoga flow and meditation surrounded by panoramic views and the sounds of nature.
To finish, you will be nourished with the most delicious chef-catered picnic shared with new friends.
This small group tour is offered as a half-day or full day event and is suitable for people with minimal yoga experience.
