Daylesford Longhouse Tour

Daylesford & surrounds, Victoria

The award-winning Daylesford Longhouse is located just minutes from Daylesford in Victoria, a place where the fertile soil is ideal for farming and encourages a focus on local produce.

The 100-metre building houses a living space, a kitchen garden and a working farm; and along with accommodation, cooking classes and farm stays, the team offers the Longhouse Experience so you can spend a whole day at this unique property.

You’ll learn about the Longhouse journey from inception till today and hear about architectural commission and features. Guests are taken around the farm and Longhouse, to learn about the farming principles and sustainability features and practices from water-harvesting to composting.
