Discover the healing power of nature with a guided Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy experience in the beautiful Adelaide Hills – designed to help you slow down, reconnect and recharge.
Guided by founder and certified Forest Therapy Guide Lisa Murphy, this mindful wellness experience invites guests to explore the restorative benefits of nature through the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing”.
The small-group experience includes a gentle 2km mindful walk, sensory invitations designed to deepen your connection with nature, and moments of stillness to help calm the mind and body. Sessions conclude with a grounding tea ceremony among the trees, creating space for reflection and relaxation.
Designed for all fitness levels, the experience blends mindfulness, movement and nature immersion to support mental wellbeing, reduce stress and encourage deeper self-connection.
This experience is held every week in a special old growth forest within Belair National Park in the Adelaide Hills. The team also offer the experience at the Himeji Japanese Gardens in Adelaide.
