Burnside Organic Farm is a luxury farm stay and winery located in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. Owners Jamie and Lara both work full time on the 15 hectare property – farming, growing grapes and making wine, tending the avocados, capers and the kitchen garden.
Situated to allow peace and privacy for all guests, the 4 self-contained bungalows were built from natural materials including rammed earth, stone and timber. They have full kitchens, wood fires, spacious alfresco areas and a spa bath or an outdoor stone bath. Guests have exclusive access to the kitchen garden, self-guided farm walks, access to the adjoining National Park tracks and complimentary wine tastings. All this in a central location just 10 minutes’ drive to town or to pristine beaches.
We love that Jamie and Lara also offer a walking farm tour where you can learn how they grow grapes organically, how they care for the land and how their farm animals play an important role. Plus, a wine tasting and a few surprises too!
