Camel Cuddles Farm Gate Tours

Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Did you know that camel milk is produced on the Sunshine Coast? Or that camels are extremely affectionate and intelligent?

Discover the wonders on offer at QCamel Dairy, the world’s only certified organic camel dairy, where the nutritious milk is used to produce cheese, yoghurt, chocolates, freeze-dried powder and skincare.

Every Saturday morning Camel Cuddles Farm Gate Tours are offered. You’ll learn that camels are deeply emotional animals with a strong family structure. The fact that information is taught from generation to generation is just one of the things that make them so special. After milking, they spend their time sunbathing, eating, sleeping and playing before heading back in for dinner and a quiet night in.

During the tour you will taste delicious products, get cuddles and kisses with the newborn calves, and enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the Glasshouse Mountains. A beautiful day out for people of all ages and an experience you won’t find anywhere else.

  • An informative and interactive experience with the QCamel family team and an exclusive “behind the scenes” tour of QCamel dairy.
  • Organic fruit to feed the camels, and lots of Camel Cuddles
  • Camel milk and products tasting
  • Morning Tea including local organic fruit platter, tea and coffee, cordial, either camel milk damper OR local cakes and muffins, cheese and crackers
  • This is a self-drive experience and is disability friendly.
