QCamel Dairy is the world’s only certified organic camel dairy and it’s located near the Glasshouse Mountains on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
Since beginning in 2012, the team’s focus has always been on animal ethics, sustainability and organics. The gorgeous animals are treated with kindness and patience and every animal is known by face and name. Camel Milk is a high end health product, with an abundance of therapeutic uses, that can even be used to make cheese, yoghurt, chocolates, freeze-dried powder and skincare.
We love that you can also join a Camel Cuddles Farm Gate Tour which is offered every Saturday and for private group bookings. In addition to a milking demonstration, the tours allow people to get up close and personal with the affectionate animals, enjoy a locally sourced organic morning tea, and soak up the serenity of the beautiful surrounds.
