For our final episode, we’re back where we started, in Sydney, and this time it’s all about hidden gems - showcasing some amazing wellness experiences in and around the city that you might not know about.

Our host, seven-time world surfing champion and national icon, Layne Beachley, meets our everyday Australian, Kim, a 65 year old mum, grandma and nurse.

This frontline health worker spends her days guiding others through some of their hardest moments, and we get to take her on a wellness break so she can give some of that care back to herself.
