This 3-day yoga retreat, on the outskirts of Sydney, offers the chance to step away from the pressures of life and into a space designed for calm, clarity, and rejuvenation.
Thrive Retreats is a peaceful bush sanctuary in the Hawkesbury Region, and this tailored retreat combines mindfulness practices, guided relaxation techniques and restorative activities, to provide a practical toolkit for managing stress and finding balance.
Whether it’s through melting the stress away with African drumming, reconnecting to your body with yoga or gentle movement, experiencing activities that foster fun and genuine connection or going within during meditation; each activity will help you recharge on multiple levels. Everything on the program is optional – you’re invited to do as much or as little as you like and beginner yogis are very welcome.
You’ll stay in cosy accommodation, be nourished with delicious plant-powered meals and, with the support of seasoned practitioners and group community, we know you’ll leave feeling lighter, more centred, and equipped with the tools to maintain that sense of calm long after the retreat ends.
This retreat is held every month, from Friday to Sunday.
