Have you mastered your downward dog on dry land? Are you seeking a new yoga experience that merges tranquility with nature?
It’s time to challenge your practice on a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) board and join Flow mOcean Yoga in Manly – they’ve added even more fun to yoga.
In this 90-minute class, you’ll meet your experienced teacher on the sand before taking a short paddle out to the floating studio where they’ll guide you through the poses. And don’t worry – the SUPs are linked together, so you won’t float away!
There’s no way to really describe the magic of dipping your toes off your SUP and into the ocean during your floating savasana – it is something that must be experienced.
We love that this experience will help you connect with the ocean and deepen your practice, while testing your balance and strength. Beginners are very welcome, and laugher is encouraged.
