The program is suitable for beginners as well as those who want a refresher. It includes twice daily yoga flow classes plus special yoga workshops each day and an evening meditation every 2nd day.
The beautiful yoga room is surrounded by native bushland and overlooks the billabong. There is plenty of free time to explore the property on foot and to enjoy a pampering treatment at the onsite day spa.
