An Aqua Sculpt Floating Pilates experience transforms the traditional mat class into a graceful, low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, focus, and stability, all while connecting with nature and your breath.
Held at Bellamy Beach in Rose Bay, your experienced instructor will guide you through the poses while you balance on purpose designed floating boards. Classes are held in shallow, calm water, and the boards are anchored using weights, making them safe and accessible. With every session tailored to beginners, no prior experience is required. Advancements are available if you are more experienced.
We love that every session blends mindful movement with moments of laughter and lightness.
Weekly classes are held every weekend, and bookings are essential due to limited spots. They also offer floating sound bath sessions!
