
Health tips with Dr Preeya Alexander
As part of Well Traveller TV Season 2, our host, Layne Beachley, caught up with Dr Preeya Alexander, General Practitioner (GP) and AIA Health Expert, about the importance of looking after ourselves.
Preeya is passionate about helping people live healthier, longer, better lives. She is also a mum of 2, an author, a TV host, and is involved in medical education, supporting the training of GPs.
Preeya’s favourite topic is preventative health, and she is committed to empowering people to make informed decisions related to their health and wellbeing.
