Pranafest 2026

Pranafest is a feel-good wellness weekend at Woodfordia in Queensland’s Moreton Bay Region. Set across rolling countryside and open skies, it blends a camping-style festival with a conscious retreat atmosphere, inviting guests to slow down, reconnect and recharge.
Across three days, guests move through yoga, breathwork, meditation, live music and conscious workshops designed to reset body and mind. This year’s program features leading voices in wellness, including Bruce Lipton and Zach Bush via live stream, exploring science, consciousness and human potential. Local facilitators Ashley Freeman, Tyler Tolman and Erin Lee host immersive workshops that bring practical tools for everyday wellbeing and renewed vitality.
More than a festival, Pranafest offers a grounding escape into community, nature and personal growth under Queensland’s open skies. Expect inspiration, connection and lasting wellness takeaways throughout weekend.
Global Wellness Day 2026

Global Wellness Day is a not-for-profit global movement held on the second Saturday in June, inviting people to pause and reflect on how they can live healthier, more balanced lives. Celebrated in more than 170 countries, it encourages simple, accessible wellbeing experiences that reconnect mind, body and nature.
In Australia, the day comes alive with free events across cities and regions, including sunrise meditations, guided nature walks, surfing sessions, mindful movement classes and equine wellness experiences. It’s a gentle invitation to slow down, reset and reconnect with what matters most, even if just for one day, and carry those intentions forward into everyday life and community wellbeing across Australia wide.

Soulful Long Lunch: Harvest to Wholefood is a nourishing Sunshine Coast gathering by Evoke Experiences that celebrates food from earth to plate in a relaxed, communal setting at ēthos Restaurant at Alsahwa Estate.
Guided by the theme Mind. Body. Planet., the experience explores the journey of wholefoods through storytelling, conversation and a seasonal long lunch designed around fresh, spray-free produce grown on site and sourced locally.
