Celebrate Joy in Sydney on Global Wellness Day 2026 for free!
Is self-care one of those things you always mean to prioritise, but life gets in the way? Global Wellness Day 2026 is a gentle reminder to pause, reset and reconnect with what makes you feel good.
Held annually on the second Saturday in June, Global Wellness Day is a not-for-profit international movement celebrated in more than 170 countries. This year marks its 15th anniversary, with the theme of Joy.
On Saturday 13 June 2026, Sydney and destinations across NSW will bring that theme to life with free wellness experiences inviting people of all ages and backgrounds to slow down, move, breathe, connect and embrace simple moments of wellbeing.
Sydney provides the perfect backdrop for this year’s celebrations – a city where wellness is naturally woven into everyday life. From harbour walks, ocean pools and beaches to bathhouses, nature escapes, retreats and outdoor experiences, Sydney and NSW offer countless ways for both visitors and locals to slow down, reconnect and experience the benefits of wellbeing in nature.
Here is a sneak peak of some of the free wellness experiences in store in Sydney on Global Wellness Day – bookings are required and you can register here to be the first to know when tickets are released!
