Koala Dawn Experience

Port Stephens, New South Wales, Australia
27 Sep 26

Hosted by Wild Light Experiences, Koala Dawn is a 60-minute sunrise experience at Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary that brings together gentle movement, breathwork and mindful awareness in a beautiful treetop setting.

As the morning light filters through the gum trees, you’ll be guided through a sensory journey using silent sound headsets, helping you tune into your body and the natural world around you. With koalas resting and moving through the canopy, the experience offers a unique way to connect with wildlife through presence and observation. Suitable for all levels, Koala Dawn is a beautiful morning ritual designed to cultivate calm, clarity and a deeper appreciation of nature.

“Koala Dawn is an experience we’ve created to offer a very different way of connecting with this place – one that invites guests to slow down, become more aware of their surroundings and experience the sanctuary through the senses. We believe it is the only experience of its kind in Australia.”
