Mindfulness in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney

Sydney, New South Wales
10 Apr 26

Mindfulness in the Garden is a guided one-hour immersive experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect to nature. at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney

Surrounded by greenery, you’ll engage your senses – observing, listening, and feeling – while gently quieting the mind. This simple yet powerful practice supports stress reduction, emotional balance, and mental clarity, while deepening your connection to both self and environment.

We love that even a single hour can create measurable shifts, including reduced cortisol levels, lower blood pressure, improved mood, and enhanced focus.

It’s held from 12pm-1pm on the first Friday of the month.
