Start your Saturday slowly with this free community Sunrise Meditation by the water in Sydney’s Elizabeth Bay and hosted by Caroline Hey from Somatic Balance.108.
Inspired by gratitude, kindness, mindfulness and connection, the session unfolds in three gentle stages: a welcome circle, a guided 20-minute meditation, and a closing circle to reflect and reconnect.
Combining mindful breathing, gratitude and simple meditation techniques, the practice is welcoming, accessible and open to everyone — no experience, spiritual background or particular belief system required.
These sessions are held monthly on Saturdays from 6.30am.
