Divine Expansion: A Lion’s Gate Immersion

Honouring the symbolic peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal on 8 August, Divine Expansion is Lionsgate Wellness’s signature annual retreat – a deeply restorative day of breathwork, nature connection, ceremony and conscious reflection.

Set on the private 102-acre Heartwood Farm in the Byron Bay Hinterland, guests are invited to slow down, reconnect and immerse themselves in a nurturing natural environment surrounded by ancient trees, wildlife and sweeping views. With no previous experience required, this full-day wellness immersion brings together breathwork, sound healing, nervous system practices, rituals and nourishing food.

Facilitated by Krissy Ferrari from Lion Hearts Breathwork and Mele from Mama White Lion, the retreat offers a unique opportunity to step away from everyday life, cultivate inner calm and leave feeling grounded, restored and inspired.

Highlights

Throughout the day, you’ll journey through the wisdom of the Five Elements – Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Ether – each representing a different stage of transformation.
Begin with a Sacred Opening Circle and Qigong Awakening.
Transformational breathwork, heart coherence practices and nervous system regulation to support deep restoration and inner connection.
Ceremonial cacao, Lion’s Mane, crystal singing bowl integration, sacred song and drumming woven throughout the experience.
Earth-to-Altar creation and a sacred fire offering ceremony connecting guests with nature, ritual and conscious intention.
Seasonal nourishing lunch, closing blessing and time for reflection, integration and connection.

This experience is held on Bundjalung Country.
Federal is approximately 30minutes from Byron Bay and Ballina. Heartwood Farm is located at 498 Binna Burra Road, Federal NSW.
