This one-hour Aboriginal Harbour Heritage Tour of the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney will help you see the Garden in a new and exciting way.

Join your First Nations guide and admire the beauty and history of Sydney Harbour through the lens of the Gadigal. You’ll stroll along the stunning Sydney Harbour foreshore while listening to stories of Gadigal lifestyle, traditions, history and connection to country and community.

This experience is held from 1-2pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Discover the history of Warrane (the Gadigal name for Sydney Cove – Circular Quay) and learn about the ways the plants in the Garden are used by the Gadigal.

Getting there

This experience is held on Gadigal Country.
The Royal Botanic Garden is about 5 minutes from Sydney CBD. It’s located on Mrs Macquarie’s Road, Sydney, NSW. Meet at the Garden Shop.

Price

AU$32 for Adults, AU $27 for Concession holders and AU $21 for Children (7-15 years old).
Free for children under 7 years old.
