The incredible Mindy Woods from Karkalla is Guest Chef at Moonacres School for this 4-hour immersive dining experience in Robertson, NSW.

Four Chefs, Four Seasons, One Table is a delicious series of events that Moonacres is hosting this year to celebrate sustainable farming, regional producers, and the chefs who respect where real flavour begins.

Mindy is a proud Bundjalung woman and her presence will invite guests to slow down, listen, and understand food not just as nourishment, but as knowledge passed through generations. Guests will understand not just what they’re eating, but where it comes from – how the soil has been nurtured, what the weather has brought, and why all those moments in the paddock matter.

Highlights

This long-table lunch event will be co-hosted by culinary icon Luke Mangan and Moonacres founder Phil Lavers.
Guests will dine on a curated multi-course lunch by Guest Chef Mindy Woods with premium wine pairings by Luke Mangan.
The produce for each menu will come directly from Moonacres Farm and a community of growers across the Southern Highlands.
Enjoy an intimate “Table-Side” conversation, where Luke will chat with Mindy and Phil about the food, the creativity and connection that matters to them both.
