Founded by Mark Moon, a globally registered breathwork practitioner, The X Breath blends modern science, somatic psychology, and conscious connected breathing within a clear, ethical framework.
This work invites people into deeper presence, helping them release physical and emotional armour while reconnecting with vitality, clarity, and inner authority. Experiences are thoughtfully structured, trauma-aware, and designed to support integration, not overwhelm.
