Established in 2011, Southern Cross Kayaking is a respected ecotourism business offering guided kayak tours in many locations in NSW and kayak and SUP hire at Ganguddy-Dunns Swamp in the Wollemi National Park, near Mudgee.
John, Cindy and the team at Southern Cross Kayaking offer safe, positive and enjoyable outdoor experiences for people of all ages. They believe that kayaking is not only a wonderful activity, but that it also provides people with access to many beautiful natural areas and waterways, normally unreachable by land.
The tours offer the chance to escape for a few hours, exploring some of NSW’s most stunning waterways – absorbing the beauty of the surrounds, connecting with the local history and gaining some insight into the roles these waterways have and continue to play in our ecosystem, recreation and future.
