Well Traveller and Destination NSW are excited to invite you to join this free ‘Rituals of Joy’ event in Sydney for Global Wellness Day 2026!

Set in the Sydney Botanic Gardens, on the stunning Bennelong Lawn, this beautiful, guided experience blends mindful movement and a sound bath, whilst taking in the spectacular views of Sydney Harbour.

To conclude, you’ll enjoy a meditation session with Megan Larsen, founder of global skincare brand, Sodashi.

Plus, guests will have the chance to win a ‘bundle of joy’ gift from Sodashi and Well Traveller – worth more than $750!

This experience starts at 10am – please BYO yoga mat or towel and water bottle.

This experience is held on Gadigal Country.
The Royal Botanic Garden is about 5 minutes from Sydney CBD. It’s located on Mrs Macquarie’s Road, Sydney, NSW.
The meeting point is the Benelong Lawn – near the Opera House.
