Forest Bathing Hawaiʻi offers restorative nature immersion experiences in scenic locations across Oʻahu, guided by founder Phyllis Look – Hawaiʻi’s first certified Forest Therapy Guide.
Inspired by the Japanese wellness practice of Shinrin-yoku, these mindful walks invite guests to slow down, awaken their senses and reconnect with the natural world. Rather than a hike with a destination, the experience unfolds through gentle invitations that encourage presence, reflection and a deeper relationship with nature.
