AM Mind Your Body is a trauma-informed, integrative mind-body practice based in Adelaide, South Australia and founded by Psychologist, Body and Mind Educator, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Annemarie Menne. With a grounded, evidence-based approach to stress management, Annemarie integrates psychological principles, somatic awareness and trauma-informed yoga to support whole-person health.
Supported by a team experienced yoga teachers, AM Mind Your Body offers trauma-informed yoga, mindful movement, restorative and yin classes, alongside workshops and courses. Each experience is designed as a safe, supportive space to slow down, reconnect and build self-awareness.
With a focus on nervous system regulation, we love that AM Mind Your Body supports those experiencing stress, burnout and trauma, helping individuals develop practical, sustainable tools for resilience and lasting wellbeing.
