Ride. Recharge. Reconnect. Escape to the NSW Snowy Mountains and immerse yourself in nature with this 5-day women’s mountain biking retreat hosted by the team at K7 Adventures.

Combining both scenic and technical rides, wellbeing experiences, and expert coaching in the stunning Snowy Mountains, this retreat is designed to inspire self-confidence and an adventurous outlook on life.

You’ll enjoy guided rides on unique trails tailored to all skill levels, led by Jo Larkin, a local legend and expert mountain bike coach. Plus, restore your body and mind with daily yoga and movement sessions, and wellbeing workshops with Carleigh Burns, resident women’s health coach.

Sleep soundly each night in cosy private lodge accommodation, with nourishing meals provided to fuel your adventure. There are also optional extras like sauna sessions and massages for an extra touch of relaxation.

We know you’ll leave feeling empowered, recharged, and connected to yourself, your fellow riders and the mountains.

This retreat will be held from March 19-22, 2026.

  • 4 nights’ accommodation in the cosy Schuss Lodge, Thredbo Village, with a welcome gift bag.

Getting there

This experience is held on Monero-Ngarigo Country.
The meeting point is about 5 minutes from Thredbo Village Centre. It’s located at the base of the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift, 3 Valley Terminal, Friday Drive, Thredbo, NSW.
