Mindfulness in the Mangroves

The Tweed, New South Wales

The tranquil clear water of Cudgen Creek near Kingscliff in Northern NSW is the perfect place to reconnect and recharge with a mindful stand-up paddle (or ‘SUP’) board session.

Mindfulness in the Mangroves was created to share the health benefits of mindfulness and being present. It lets you enjoy and truly immerse yourself in the local natural environment.
