Mindfulness in the Mangroves

The Tweed, New South Wales

The tranquil clear water of Cudgen Creek near Kingscliff in Northern NSW is the perfect place to reconnect and recharge with a mindful stand-up paddle (or ‘SUP’) board session.

Mindfulness in the Mangroves was created to share the health benefits of mindfulness and being present. It lets you enjoy and truly immerse yourself in the local natural environment.

Meet the team from Watersports Guru near Kingscliff Bridge in Kingscliff to collect your SUP. Your host will lead the small group along the creek as you glide along this quiet waterway.

The Mangroves are home to many fish and bird species. Imagine yourself lying on your paddle board with your eyes gently closed, listening to the surround sound of bird songs and the rustling of the breeze through the leaves.

During his 1-hour session you will feel yourself dive into deep relaxation to recharge your own battery.

It’s offered once per month in the mornings on weekends and a basic level of Paddle Boarding experience is required
