Tahi, the Founder of Pachamama Remedies, has qualifications spanning health science, aromatherapy, Ayurveda, herbalism, and ancient distillation traditions, and she brings a depth of knowledge and a lifelong commitment to plant medicine.

This workshop will be a soulful, hands-on experience exploring the many ways plants can nurture body, mind, and spirit. Learn how to make seasonal syrups, drinks & snacks from herbs, fruits, and flowers; discover thought-provoking approaches to cooking with food for brain and gut health; and blend your own herbal remedies.

Wellbeing & Wim Hof Method Men’s Workshop

9 November - Bellarine Peninsula, VIC

Lon Retreat in Victoria is the perfect place for this 1-day Men’s Wellbeing Workshop, and helps celebrate their new Contrast Therapy Space including heated mineral pool, hot soak, outdoor barrel sauna and cold plunge.

The workshop will be hosted by Rob from Lon Retreat, in collaboration with Mark Gee, Men’s Wellbeing Facilitator, and Max Rooke, Wim Hof Method Instructor and former AFL player. There’ll be a guided discussion about Men’s mental health before a deep guided breath work session and ice bath experience, as well as a delicious lunch.

Pilates Reformer Retreat

A Women’s Equine Afternoon

29 November - Southern Highlands, NSW

At Highlands Centre for Healing, they know that nature heals. Surrounded by the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands, Soo and the team have created a safe and supported space for fun and reflection.

The Women’s Equine Afternoon is the chance to connect with a small group of like-minded women for three hours of horsey joy, where the companionship of both horses and fellow kindred spirits becomes the heart of the experience.

You’ll also enjoy afternoon tea amidst the gentle presence of the herd and spend quiet time gifting back to your horse and deepen your connection through a guided activity.
This experience is held from 2-5pm on the last Saturday of each month and bookings are required.
