Australia’s Best Wellbeing Festivals for 2026

01 Jan, 2026

We love wellness festivals because they offer a powerful invitation to pause, reconnect and feel inspired. Imagine spending a few days wrapped in fresh air, creativity and community, moving from a gentle workshop to a nourishing meal, then sinking into a sound bath as the sun sets. These gatherings can be restorative in ways everyday life rarely allows.

Across Australia, wellness festivals include experiences that celebrate mindfulness, movement, culture and connection. At Well Traveller, we’ve explored what’s on the horizon so you can find the ones that speak to you most. Whether you’re seeking grounding, energy or a little spark of joy, here are the wellbeing festivals that deserve a place on your 2026 calendar.

Guided by inspiring facilitators, you’ll flow through breathwork, yoga, conscious dance, drumming circles and sound journeys that help you drop into your body and awaken your natural joy.

Expect heart-opening community moments, creative workshops, kids activities, markets, delicious vegetarian food and dedicated healing spaces offering massage and restorative therapies. The festival begins with an Acknowledgement of Country and First Nations ceremony to honour the land and its wisdom. From barefoot dancing to kirtan, from sun-kissed embodiment practices to shared moments of play, every experience is designed to help you remember your essence - alive, connected and beautifully untamed.
