Expansion Breathwork Experience

Expansion Breathwork is a grounding evening experience led by Sydney-based breathwork facilitator Mark Moon from The X Breath. It's designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension and restore clarity and vitality. Held in an intimate, small-group setting, the session offers a safe, supportive space to slow down and reconnect through conscious, connected breathing.
Mark’s facilitation is clear, structured and invitational, with an emphasis on gentle regulation rather than extremes. The experience weaves together foundational breathing practices, bioenergetic exercises to soften physical armouring and improve energy flow, and conscious connected breathwork to deepen awareness and inner connection.
Running from 6.15pm to 8.30pm and held monthly, each session includes time for integration and reflection. Trauma-aware and practical, Expansion Breathwork offers tools that support emotional balance, presence and embodied ease well beyond the session itself.
Sourdough Class at Moonacres School

This four-hour breadmaking class at Moonacres School in the NSW Southern Highlands offers a hands-on introduction to the art of sourdough, guided by master baker Lachlan Campbell of Moonacres Kitchen Bakery. Designed to demystify the breadmaking process, the class explores why cultivating yeast from a starter creates bread that is both flavourful and nourishing.
Running from 10am to 2pm, you’ll learn how to work confidently with sourdough starter, fresh and dry yeast, as well as the fundamentals of mixing, kneading and shaping dough. Suitable for keen beginners and more experienced home bakers, the focus is on simplifying techniques so they can be easily replicated at home.
Alongside practical learning, enjoy handcrafted local teas and kitchen-baked treats throughout the session. The experience concludes with a light lunch featuring the bread baked in class, plus dough and starter to take home.
