Aren’t you sick of sitting so much? Our bodies were made for motion, to help us navigate the world in all sorts of ways: striding and swimming, scaling trees or riding waves. Get out of the house and immerse yourself in the world by finding new ways to move through it. Whether that’s a quick bike ride or a long-distance hike, it’s not just your body that will thank you: getting active is the best way to clear your mind.

Movement can also be a wonderful way to shift your mood. Feeling stressed? A series of yoga poses will slow your breathing as it stretches your limbs. Feeling tired? Throw on whatever music gets you dancing and feel the energy come surging back into your body. Movement is the answer.
