Four Chefs, Four Seasons, One Table is a delicious series of events that Moonacres is hosting this year to celebrate sustainable farming, regional producers, and the chefs who respect where real flavour begins.

Darren Robertson is a chef, restaurateur and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks, renowned for his commitment to sustainable, farm-to-table cooking and ethically sourced produce. Guests will understand not just what they’re eating, but where it comes from – how the soil has been nurtured, what the weather has brought, and why all those moments in the paddock matter.
