Nestled on the fertile slopes of Haleakalā in Upcountry Maui, O’o Farm is a working farm renowned for its regenerative farming practices, award-winning coffee and unforgettable farm-to-table experiences.
Established in 2000 by restaurateurs Louis Coulombe and Stephan Bel-Robert, the farm has grown from a small orchard into a thriving agricultural destination producing single-origin coffee, seasonal vegetables, herbs, fruit and edible flowers. O’o Farm also offers immersive farm-to-table experiences that invite guests to discover where their food- and coffee – comes from while enjoying one of Maui’s most scenic farms.
Whether joining the Coffee & Brunch Tour or the Farm & Lunch Tour, guests enjoy a guided exploration of vibrant vegetable fields, coffee orchards, fruit trees, edible flowers, and native Hawaiian plants. Along the way, the knowledgeable farmers share insights into regenerative agriculture, sustainable farming practices, crop management, and the journey of coffee from seed-to-cup.
Each experience culminates in a creative, family-style multi-course meal prepared by the culinary team using ingredients freshly harvested from the farm. We love that menus change to reflect the weekly harvest, ensuring every visit is unique.
