After experiencing their own journeys with mental and physical health, founders Neil O’Sullivan and Su Tuttle wanted to create a safe space for people to feel welcome and get healthy. With seven contemporary wellness studios across NSW and Victoria offering grounding and restorative experiences, the intention is not only to utilise transformative wellness technology but provide your body and mind with a nurturing space to slow down, unwind and come back to self.
