Margan Restaurant offers acclaimed farm to table dining featuring estate-grown produce from the one-hectare Kitchen Garden and orchard, olive groves, estate-reared lambs, bees, and free-range chickens, for a hyper local and seasonally focused menu. The team are leaders in sustainability, and have a strong commitment to reducing greenhouse gases, energy efficiency, waste reduction and water management.
