Meaning “to call in the light”, Lā Kāhea invites visitors to reconnect with nature while discovering the fertile soils and rich agricultural traditions that have shaped the island for generations.
Founded through passion, hard work and the support of its community, the farm is now led by Winsome, who continues its mission of growing food in harmony with the land. Guests can join immersive farm tours to explore tropical fruit orchards, learn about regenerative and syntropic farming practices, and gain a deeper understanding of Maui’s unique farming culture. Along the way, they’ll enjoy fresh tropical fruit tastings, freshly pressed sugarcane juice and homemade banana ice cream while experiencing the beauty, abundance and enduring spirit of one of Maui’s most inspiring community farms.
