For more than 40 years, Eden has welcomed guests to rest, reset and restore in the Gold Coast hinterland, making it Australia’s longest running health and wellness retreat. There are no set itineraries or mandatory activities, just a broad menu of more than 50 treatments and experiences, from yoga, pilates and guided rainforest walks to a traditional Japanese Head Spa ritual, cryotherapy and body composition scanning in the Eden Vitality Centre.
Days move at an unhurried pace between heated pools, saunas, ice baths and quiet corners of the valley. Seasonal menus are built around quality protein, plant diversity and produce picked from the retreat’s own market garden.
