Located on the North Shore of Kaua‘i in Hawai‘i, Common Ground is a 60-acre regenerative farm and cultural gathering place on a former guava plantation. Rooted in regenerative agriculture and local food systems, it brings together land stewardship, education, and community connection.
Visitors explore lush food forests of fruits, vegetables and spices while learning how sustainable practices shape the farm. At its heart, Common Ground is about setting the table to find shared values – using food as a connector that brings people together to share, collaborate and leave places better than they found them.
Experiences include immersive farm and forest tours, hands-on lei-making workshops, and curated farm-to-table dining featuring ingredients sourced exclusively from the Hawaiian Islands. Guests can also enjoy specialty coffee, cocktails, and seasonal four-course prix fixe dinners with chef introductions that share the story behind each dish.
On weekdays, the property is open for casual visits, where guests can relax with a drink, browse the marketplace of local goods, or walk the scenic Stone Dam Trail.
