Forest Bathing at Qii House

Great Ocean Road, Victoria

The outside world melts away as you surrender to the sights and sounds of the forest that embraces Qii House, overlooking the Great Otway National Park in Victoria.

This unique property is proudly home to ‘The Zaborin Walk’, a forest therapy trail certified and accredited by the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance (INFTA), and carefully curated to help guests experience the many health benefits of slowing down and immersing in the medicine of the forest.  Spending time in this tranquil environment, connecting with nature through all your senses, is proven to lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve mood and reduce stress. After an hour or two of moving mindfully in the lush greenery, with a guide or on your own, you will feel the shift and it will continue well after your return.

To finish, enjoy a herbal tea in the Japanese-inspired gardens, or a spa ritual with handmade bath products in your custom-built outdoor bath.

Qii House is shared with overnight guests. Accommodation options include the incredible 4-bedroom Eco Lodge, or one of three tiny houses, each designed to complement the environment. Whichever you choose, Qii House is the ultimate place to rest and restore.
