Run with Brooke McIntosh on Global Wellness Day

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
13 Jun 26

Celebrate Global Wellness Day 2026 with a free 5km community fun run hosted by Süreyya Kahve in Brisbane’s West End.

Led by mental health advocate and athlete Brooke McIntosh, the event invites locals to move, connect and prioritise wellbeing in a supportive community setting.

Co-created by the team behind KAILO Wellness Medispa, Süreyya Kahve blends Turkish café culture with a modern wellness philosophy inspired by nourishment, tradition and meaningful connection. We love that the menu is powered by KAILO’s award-winning superblends and supplements – try the special ‘Brookies and Cream’ Smoothie, inspired by the event and only available for a limited time!

This experience starts at 7am from Süreyya Kahve.

Highlights

  • Run alongside the Brisbane River with Brooke McIntosh, whose advocacy and community work inspire meaningful conversations around mental health and making a positive difference through connection and movement.
  • After the run, guests can gather over coffee and wholesome food, embracing the Süreyya Kahve’s philosophy of slowing down, sharing stories and fostering community through wellness and hospitality.

Making a difference

  • KAILO Nutrition products are proudly made in Australia and female founded.
  • KAILO proudly supports the Forgotten Women project, a grassroots housing initiative dedicated to helping homeless women over 55.
  • A portion of the ‘Brookies and Cream’ smoothie proceeds will be donated to Suicide awareness and prevention via the Just One More Movement.
