Moonacres Autumn Farm Experience

Join a 3-hour wellness farm experience in the NSW Southern Highlands focused on connecting with nature, food, health and regenerative land care.
Hosted by Phil Lavers, co-founder of organic farm Moonacres, the session explores sustainable farming, soil health, seasonal growing and regenerative practices that nurture nutrient-rich food and the land.
You’ll tour the farm, learn about crop rotation, bed preparation, fertility, cover cropping and greenhouse cultivation, with Phil sharing practical insights and stories from his farming journey. Along the way you’ll taste fresh produce straight from the paddock and enjoy a delicious morning tea at the Moonacres School kitchen, all designed to nourish body and mind through education and sensory experience.
The event emphasises connection to the land, wellness through food and learning about the rhythms of nature, making it ideal for curious minds and those seeking a grounded, mindful day in the country.
Women’s Mountain Biking Retreat

This 5-day Women’s Mountain Bike & Wellbeing Retreat in the NSW Snowy Mountains offers an empowering nature-based wellness adventure - hosted by K7 Adventures, participants stay in comfortable lodge accommodation in Thredbo Village with nourishing meals and a welcome gift.
Each day features guided mountain bike rides on scenic and technical trails suitable for all skill levels, led by experienced female coach Jo Larkin. Alongside riding, the retreat includes daily yoga and movement sessions, wellbeing workshops, and optional 1:1 coaching with a women’s health coach.
Optional extras such as sauna sessions and massages provide extra relaxation and recovery. The experience is designed to boost confidence, foster connection with nature and fellow riders, and leave you feeling recharged and empowered.
Hive Tour & Honey Tasting experience

Step into the world of bees with this immersive 2-hour Hive Tour & Honey Tasting experience at Bowral Honey Farm in the scenic NSW Southern Highlands. Begin with a guided honey tasting on the terrace, sampling up to six varieties and discovering how flavour, colour and texture reflect the flowers bees have foraged. Enjoy sourdough, plunger coffee and tea while learning about bee biology, colony life and the vital role pollinators play in our food system.
Then suit up in a full beekeeping outfit and open an active hive, holding a frame of bees and, if you’re lucky, spotting the queen. Observe a Flow Hive in action and learn how hive health is assessed. A gentle mindfulness practice among the hives completes this nourishing, hands-on nature experience.
Nature Journalling in the Blue Mountains

This 2½-hour Nature Journalling workshop set in the scenic Blue Mountains Botanic Garden at Mount Tomah invites you to slow down, observe and creatively record the natural world around you. Guided by an experienced Gardens educator, the session teaches the mindful art of nature journalling - combining sketching, writing and attentive observation to deepen your connection with plants, wildlife and the landscape’s remarkable details.
All art materials are provided, and you’ll also receive your own journal to use during the session and take home as a keepsake. A relaxed morning tea is included, making this a peaceful, reflective wellness experience ideal for beginners and seasoned creatives alike.
Held regularly on selected Saturdays, this workshop supports mindfulness, creativity and stress reduction through immersive nature engagement in one of NSW’s most beautiful natural settings.
