A 2-hour Drum circle in Jervis Bay

South Coast, New South Wales
12 Sep 26

Step into this 2-hour HuskiDrumming workshop and discover the energising and mindful power of rhythm.

These hands-on sessions welcome everyone – from absolute beginners to confident drummers – and offer a supportive space to learn, explore and play.  Surrounded by a circle of drummers, each contributing their own sound, you’ll experience the unique connection that comes from creating music together.

It’s a powerful, uplifting and deeply satisfying experience – one that leaves you feeling joyful, grounded and eager to return to the circle again.

This experience is held from 10am-12noon on Saturdays in Huskisson.

Highlights

  • Guided by an experienced facilitator, you’ll be introduced to uplifting rhythms that are broken down into simple, accessible steps.
  • As the group finds its collective groove, you’ll feel your confidence grow and your body naturally settle into the beat.
  • Rhythmic repetition helps calm the nervous system, lowering cortisol and promoting relaxation – many people experience a meditative “flow state” while drumming.

Making a difference

  • HuskiDrumming workshops and drum-circles aim to create an inclusive and immersive space where people connect through making music together.
