Your journey begins with a guided 1-hour breath, sound and meditation session, supporting you both to drop into your bodies and settle your nervous systems. You’ll then move into a 1-hour guided contrast therapy session, including ice bath rounds and sauna to activate circulation, build resilience and leave you both feeling grounded, clear and energised.

To finish, you’ll sink into a 30-minute private float in our top-of-the-line Dreampod magnesium float tanks for complete physical and mental release. It’s the perfect combination for couples wanting connection, relaxation and a shared holistic reset.
