Walking with Horses in Kuitpo State Forest

14 September 2025 - Adelaide Hills, SA

Walking with Horses in Nature™ is more than just a walk in the company of horses - it’s a 2 1⁄2 hour wellbeing journey curated just for you.

Your host, Mel from Walk Sublime, will intuitively select one of her beautiful, rehomed horses as your walking partner. The session begins over a cup of tea with your host as you take a quiet moment to observe, become present and hear your horse’s story. Then bond with your horse through the gentle act of brushing, creating mutual respect and earning trust, before walking together along a trail in a tranquil forest.

We love that as you slow down and relax, you may start to become aware you’re in sync with your horse; or it may happen so naturally you don’t even notice.

This heart-warming experience is offered several times per month.

Nature Journalling in the Blue Mountains

27 September 2025 - Blue Mountains, NSW

This 2½ hour Nature Journalling session in the breathtaking Blue Mountains Botanic Garden at Mount Tomah is the perfect choice for a mini-wellness retreat.

Haven’t tried nature journaling before? Don’t worry! You’ll be guided by an experienced Gardens educator who will support you through this mindful practice. All the art materials you need are provided, so you can focus on your creativity and enjoy the chance to slow down, observe, and truly appreciate the incredible plants and wildlife that surround you.

Can’t make it in September? It’s held from 10am-12.30pm every 4th Saturday of the month. This experience is also offered at the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney.

Forest Bathing in Margaret River

28 September 2025 - Margaret River, WA

This 3-hour guided forest bathing experience in the iconic Boranup Forest, Margaret River, is hosted by Belinda from Mindful in Nature.

A certified Nature Forest Therapy Guide, she is passionate about offering transformative experiences that reconnect people with the natural world for greater wellbeing, resilience, and purpose.
